The end journey! …or not
Finally copied all the contents of the 500 GB hard disk drive I borrowed!
Now I can return it to the owner 
The cost isn’t cheap though:
And I just realized that there’s still one folder left to copy…
With total size 20 GB!

It’s simple: I tried to run (play) Extreme-G 2 on my pc. It’s not that easy though. 
After much trouble:
- Find the cd (easy)
- Install it!
- It doesn’t work
- Find the solution
- Found the solution
- Download 10 MB apps
- Yes it works!
- -with glitch (text not displayed correctly)
- Find the solution!
- Solution not found
- Resorting to laptop
- Install .NET Framework 3 (for the solution mentioned before) and the game
- Yes it works!
- -slowly
- -crawling, I mean. Like watching slideshow
- Resorting to old pc
- Reinstall TNT2 M64 (HA!)
- The vga doesn’t woooork! (it’s kinda problematic)
- Finally it works!
- Interlude: my old USB 2 PCI adapter confirmed doesn’t work anymore
- Install everything AGAIN
- YES IT WERKS!

Yet another animu newz
- Someday’s Dreamers new series. HA. Now I have to find the first season first… The manga is good (and short), so I hope the anime is as good (or better).
- Seto no Hanayome OVA! Thing is, I haven’t finished the TV series… Last watched at ep 21 (which means only few episodes left o_Oa)
- [rumor] Clannad 2nd season [rumor]. Nothing to say till it’s confirmed @_@
Software choices (I): Archiver
Here’s a new section of this blog: software choices. In this I’ll mention software(s) I have tried ever (mostly for Windows) and share my experience and thought of them and mention which one I prefer most.
Archiver: software to compress/decompress files (losslessly).
In no particular order.
PowerArchiver (last version tried: 7)

Probably the best shareware archiver ever. Supports MANY type of files (from zip, rar, ace, 7z, and many more). Good integration with Explorer, very good interface (last I checked its interface looks like Office 2007).
The bad thing is, it is shareware. And interface is the last thing I wanted from a shareware.
WinZip (last version tried: 9)

It is used to be THE archiver software. Used. It haven’t improved much since version 6. Not many file type supported (no rar, ace, 7z, last time I checked). This is software from the past. Good only to be remembered, not good to use.
WinRAR (last version tried: 3.61)

Good archiver software overall (just like PowerArchiver). It also has archive recovery (which is good to be used when desperately trying to recover an archive). That’s about it though. I never prefered rar, so being a shareware means that it is not for me to use.
IZarc (last version tried: FORGOT, lol)

Freeware! Too bad it has bad Explorer integration (last time I tried, that is). Everything else is good
7-Zip (last version tried: 4.57)

Now THIS is the compression software of choice for me. Good Explorer integration, good software, many file type support (minus .ace). Basically this is the archiver software I used for years now.
Highly recommended. Except if you already have license for PowerArchiver or WinRAR… :p

Conclusion: *7-Zip* for freeware, *WinRAR* or *PowerArchiver* for shareware.

Collecting Tiger Stamp (II)
Just completed tiger stamps from Fate route. Total 14 stamps from this route.
And there’s one stamp that requires me to play from the start again (with skip, of course)
Heaven’s Feel has the most stamps though, with total of 16 o_O
Also finished UBW Good Ending.

Since I’m ultimately bored today, I collected all tiger stamp from UBW route…
There are 10 stamps on UBW route.
Which means I saw 10 bad/dead ends.
And 9 of them are seeing Shirou’s death *evil grin*
Kinda fun, really
